Warranty

All ANA MAI Jewellery products come with a 3 month warranty against faults in materials and manufacture from the date of purchase.    This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use or accidental damage.    If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact anamaijewellery@outlook.com.    Please include your order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim.   I may ask you to post the item back to me and this can either be repaired free of charge or refunded.
