We ship all US orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)basis. This means we take care of all customs fees, import duties, and taxes before your order leaves our UK studio.
PACKAGING
Every order is wrapped in ANA MAI Jewellery branded gift boxes or pouches. To minimise waste, we provide one box or pouch per order.
If you’re purchasing multiple items, such as gifts, and need extra packaging, please mention it in the notes section during checkout or send me an email at the time of ordering.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase I am happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me on anamaijewellery@outlook.com and I will provide you with a return address.
Upon receipt of items, you will be refunded the value of the goods less any outgoing delivery charges via your original payment method. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Return postage costs will not be refunded. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us so do ensure you use a traceable service so it can be located.
