FREE DELIVERY within 6 mile radius of Ana Mai Jewellery office

I do not currently ship outside of the UK (April 2020).

All orders come beautifully packaged in ANA MAI Jewellery branded gift boxes and care card - free of charge. One box per order. If you are buying several items, for example as gifts for others, and you require an additional box/es please let me know in the notes section when ordering or drop me an email at the time of ordering.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase I am happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me on anamaijewellery@outlook.com and I will provide you with a return address.

Products must be returned in perfect unworn condition with original packaging in order for me to process a refund.

Upon receipt of items, you will be refunded the value of the goods less any outgoing delivery charges via your original payment method. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Return postage costs will not be refunded. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us so do ensure you use a traceable service so it can be located.
